- I believe the bottom line is this: There is a flood of foreclosures. For each given zipcode the banks may have already many REPOS. Empty REPOS. Empty REPOS empty for many months ALREADY!. They do not want more empty houses.

- what?? I believe you are the one making senseless statments. 1) I never said anything about specific countries, I said about total world population 2) japan..usa...whatever: bottom line the world population is soaring. check wikipedia. it says it is estimated to reach 9 billion plus by 2042.

- The true HOMO SAPIENS. What do I mean?? that if we are so stupid to get our hands dirty by killing whole species and even complete orders then we should not be called SAPIENS. We should drop it and change it to HOMO GREEDIS or something more representative of what we are really doing to the planet!.
